7:45-9:00am: 13 & older
9:00-10:00am: 11-12 year olds
9:00-9:45am: 9-10 year olds
9:30-10:00am: 8 & under
10:00-10:30am: Dashers & Minis
*No practice June 24th, July 8th

General Information

Fun, recreational swim team with opportunities to compete at every level.

Offer swim instruction to all levels and abilities ages five and up.

Great team atmosphere with team events including a banquet and mini meet for the little ones.

*New for 2026*: Morning and evening swim practice options.

While Prince George's County Public Schools are in session, all swim practices take place in the evenings.

All swimmers are members of the club.
